Some reports from customers

Good day,

A customer has been testing out our site and he has reported the following problems. Is it possible to fix them?

  1. The cart does not really reference the session/cookies. For example if they open 3 tabs then add items to cart, the cart doesn’t update. It only checks out 1 item and doesn’t combine all 3 items.
  2. Is it possible to add an email validator? Like make sure the format ends in .com or other possible endings and that there’s an @ character.
  3. Is it possible to add a photo in the “Order Summary” that gets sent to customers?

Thank you for sharing the reports from your customers.

  1. Regarding point 1, yes, it makes sense, and we will try to resolve this very soon.
  2. On point 2, we do have email validation in the checkout process. It is supported by default and checks whether the “@” symbol exists as well as verifies if the email format is proper. I’m not sure why this was missed.
  3. For the third point where you asked about adding a photo in the order summary, could you please elaborate on the requirement? Are you trying to include your logo or any other specific information?
