I am wondering of a loyalty point/page so that the customers will use the point for next purchase. Also, for tag it would be nice if can change the colour. I hope the team will take this to consider. Thank you

I have a small suggestion here. We have a coupon system in Store.link.
Let’s you create a one-time coupon code “BUYAGAIN”, with say 10% discount.
Inside dashboard, order management, you can send custom messages to the customer.
You can send them a message here, “Thanks for you purchase. On your next purchase use coupon “BUYAGAIN” to get a 10% discount”. (there is an option to save this message as a template, so you dont have to type it again)
This method is not automated. But its one way to bring back customers again.
On your request on changing tag colour, currently it is random. However you can override it using custom CSS. You will need to take the help of a web designer for this.
