Purchase order not syncing using AppSheet

I created an app in AppSheet
The products on the page are updated as stated in the link “How to update products from AppSheet” (https://storelink.help.center/article/1002-how-to-update-products-from-appsheet)
I also added the following purchase order number in the Order sheet.
But in the store dashboard, in the Order section, those purchases are not displayed and the purchase count is performed from there, that is, if the purchase is made from the web, a purchase order #10055 is generated, then if it is purchased from the App, an order #10056 is generated taking into account the last purchase order, but when purchasing again from the web the generated order is #10056.

The order sheet does not have two-way sync with our dashboard. It is just a copy of our dashboard order table.

As a workaround for your problem, maybe add a different serial number for orders not originating from the storelink website.

It is certainly viable👍
