Pro subscription now limit order?

I have been using StoreLink for 2 years. Initially, I have subscribed Pro plan. Now it is removed, and suddenly today I have notifications about monthly order limit exceeded. Does StoreLink notify me about this change? What is the limit of order? Do you force early customer to move to more expensive plan? I am so disappointed about this change.

Hi store.link team,

I just discovered the availability of the new features, and our team was really excited to start using them. We truly appreciate the effort and innovation your team has put into the platform, congratulations on the launch!

However, our excitement was quickly overshadowed by an unexpected limitation. We suddenly encountered a new monthly order limit and changes in the subscription plans, which we were not previously aware of. This has been quite disappointing, especially for long-time users like us who have supported the platform since earlier versions.

We kindly ask if there’s a way to increase or adjust the order limit for existing or early customers, so that the transition to the new plans feels fair and supportive.

Looking forward to your response and hoping for a solution that benefits the loyal StoreLink community.

Hi @Fatafat and @H_c_Chung_Tai_Li_u_A ,

I hear you.

I want to clarify that the recent Store.link pricing update primarily involved changes to order limits for new subscribers. Importantly, this update does not impact existing Store.link premium customers. You guys still get Unlimited orders.

Across our products, we have always followed a GrandFathering policy when it comes to pricing changes.

This means that as long as your premium subscription remains active without interruption, you will retain the full feature set you originally signed up for.

Yesterday, we rolled out exciting new features, including a revamped homepage design with sections, enriched search keywords, and webhook integration. Unfortunately, we made a mistake of not adding in the Grandfathering policy during the deployment.

This caused some confusion for valued customers like yourselves. We sincerely apologize for this oversight.

As of now, Grandfathering policy is active. Your unlimited order benefits and existing features remain secure.

Existing premiums customers and all our early supporters need not worry.

If you still have questions or concerns, happy to answer them.

Regards,
Aslam

Hi Aslam,

Highly appreciate the clarification and the quick resolution; thank you so much!

Glad to hear that the Grandfathering policy is still in place and that our existing benefits remain secure. The new features also sound great looking forward to exploring them.

Thanks again for the continued support.
