Can we have the Order Summary Page to be displayed when someone clicks on “Place Order on WhatsApp” before navigating to WhatsApp
This is for scenarios where we want orders on WhatsApp but got customers who place order but does not initiate the WhatsApp Chat. We still get the orders via Email but leaves customers a bit confused if order is placed or not
We understand your concern. The primary goal here is to get the order details inside WhatsApp.
Showing any additional order confirmation page, will cause more dropoffs when it comes to WhatsApp. This is why we do not display an order confirmation page on purpose.
We will look into improving the WhatsApp order flow.
