Out of Stock buttons not greyed out if I have multiple variations

Good day,

I would like to ask if it’s normal that for example, in my site the last 3 options are out of stock, but the buttons are NOT greyed out. If you click them, it will display out of stock but I think it would look better if the buttons are greyed out so the customer will immediately know that it’s out of stock.

Hi there,

Yes, it is working as intended.

However, in the case of your store, you are missing variant data in the Product Sheet.

For the last variants, “No Game” and “PS5”, it is missing the respective value in Shipping Speed

Either you should add the value “Sea” for both entries. Or if its a different shipping speed, the appropriate value, like “Other” or “Air”

That should solve it for you.

Oh I didn’t notice that, thank you so much! I would also like to ask about the other problem I have posted:

Facebook typically appends characters at the end of the link, so when I share my link there, it doesn’t directly go to the category and the customer has to re-click the category button to go to the actual page. For example:

Original link (working): https://store19515.store.link/search?query=Vinyl

Link when I copy paste it on facebook: Search result for Vinyl | JL Geekerie

Because of this, the appended text goes into the search bar returning 0 results and will not lead to the proper category page.

Ok, there is an issue.

We will fix it up. And update you in the original post: Links breaking in facebook
