I have a question. Are products inside a category ordered by rows in Google sheet? Sometime my products are showed randomly. How I can order which product show first, second, etc?

The order of items displayed in your store is determined first by the arrangement of categories, which you can set in the dashboard under Settings > Categories. Within each category, the order of products is based on their arrangement in Google Sheets.
To rearrange products, simply modify their order in the Google Sheet, and these changes will be reflected in your store. Remember to sync your Google Sheet with the dashboard to update the display accordingly.

Not related to this topic but I wanna ask if I can show a product (availability column = Show) but customers can not add this product into cart? I want to use that product as a cover only.
Have you tried setting availability to “Out of Stock”. This will prevent from adding the item to cart.
It will show the picture as greyed out. Will that solve your needs?
Can you tell us a bit more about this product that you want to show, but not sell? (images or other details may help give us you other ideas)
For example, I sell Math books for students. There are lots of Math publishers books. So in the homepage, I need a cover that advertise all Math publishers and when customers click on the product then customer then choose publisher they want. If I put the image of one publisher then customer at the homepage can not know that my Math book products still have other publishers, sometime like that. Basically a thumbnail to show that of Maths book I have many types of books and customers need to click to jump in to choose which type of book they want, not the thumbnail (currently I set the price of the thumbnail to 0).
Showing the picture greyed out may damage customer experience in the website.

You can try out these options to let Customers know different publishers are available.
First Create Variants for the product with different Publisher names.
Option 1 - Add a tag like “Multiple Publishers Available” on tag column
Option 2 - Go to Dashboard > Design > Homepage > Details page > Disable it. this will show all the publisher options in the homepage itself.
