Hi there,
If your orders are not syncing to your Google sheet, kindly check your Order Columns.
If there is any mismatch in the Column headers, then the orders information will not be available in your Google Sheet.
Incase that is not the issue, kindly shoot us a mail at care@store.link with your store URL and we will see to it.
As for the second question, I assume you have a column called, Weight in your Product Sheet. There you can simply add “500g” and that should do it. If the structure of your Product Sheet is different, please share a small screenshot with us.
