Feature Wishlist for Store.link

Hi Store.link team,
I’d love to suggest a few features that would really help improve the experience for both sellers and customers:

  1. Countdown Timer / Deadline for Each Product
  • Ability to set a countdown or deadline on individual products (e.g., for limited-time offers, preorders, or exclusive drops).
  • Ideally, the timer would display on the product page and automatically disable purchases once expired.
  1. Customer Login System
  • Option for customers to create accounts with login credentials (username, email, password).
  • Useful for viewing order history, combining shipping, accessing member-only products, and making repeat purchases easier.
  1. Auto-Cancel for Unpaid Bank Transfer / Virtual Account Orders
  • Option to automatically cancel orders if payment is not received within a set time (e.g., 1 hour).
  • This helps free up stock from unpaid orders and streamlines the backend.
  • Would be great if the time limit is adjustable and applies only to certain payment methods.
  1. Moving Header / Marquee Message
  • A scrolling banner at the top of the store page for important announcements, promotions, or shipping updates.
  • Ideal features: customizable message, adjustable scroll speed/direction, and color options or theme integration.
  1. Abandoned Cart Recovery
  • Automatically detect customers who added items to cart but didn’t check out, and optionally send them a reminder email.
  1. Customer Notes or Tagging System
  • Ability to add internal notes or tags to customer profiles (e.g., “VIP,” “frequent buyer,” “problematic,” “bulk buyer,” etc.).
  • This would help personalize customer service, manage regulars, and track buying patterns more efficiently — especially useful for building direct relationships with customers.
  1. Integrated Shipping Provider Support
  • Option to integrate local couriers directly

  • Auto-generate tracking numbers, shipping labels, and send updates to buyers

  1. Custom Checkout Fields
  • Preferred delivery day/date
  1. Telegram Order Notification Integration
  • Please add support to receive new order notifications via Telegram, similar to the existing WhatsApp integration.
  1. Filter Orders by Product Category
  • Ability to view and filter orders based on product categories (e.g., “Accessories,” “Preorders,” “Ready Stock”).

  • Bonus: option to export orders by category for reporting or logistics purposes.

  1. Multiple Sheet Tabs Support
  • Allow using multiple sheets within the same file — for example:

One sheet for products

One for shipping rates

We understand the importance of these requests. We are improving Store.link one step at a time, without sacrificing the simplicity that it currently offers. Some of your requests are already in our roadmap.

I will address some of them.

#3 Auto-Cancel for Unpaid Bank Transfer / Virtual Account Orders

our current payment integrations like Stripe and Razorpay already checks if the payment is a success or not and only when it is success, the order is created. Are you accepting payments in Cash mode and then collecting outside Store.link via Bank Transfer?

#8 Custom Checkout Fields

We already support a date option which can be used to collect delivery date in Checkout.

#3I don’t use any payment integrations :frowning: I collect payments via bank transfer and check manually if the customer has paid.
