Enable Whatsapp order acceptance for more than One Number

Hi there,

Is it possible to add atleast two whatsapp numbers as recepients of the order message from store side. This could be very helpful for us.

Hi there,

It is technically not possible to send the order data to two WhatsApp numbers. We can only send the order data to one WhatsApp number.

This is a limitation imposed by WhatsApp itself.

Can you please tell us why you want the order data to reach two recipients?

Hi Aslam,

In my case, there are two store managers handling two different store locations. I would like to enable notifications to both of their numbers.

We have made a note of your request. Currently there is no solution we can offer from our side.

If things change on the side of WhatsApp, we will implement it.
