this is my first time using paypal checkout, if im correct, paypal have 2% transaction fees.

Hi,

Your customer will be charged exactly the final amount shown on the checkout page. Paypal will pay you after taking their cut of 2%.

is there an option that we can add 2% on customer total upon paypal checkout.

Sorry, that is not possible now. You will have to adjust the product pricing accordingly.
