Chatbot on the store page

Hello,

Is there a way to add a chatbot to our store pages, either at the check out section or on home page?

Also, is there a way to allow for certain popups on the site?

You can use the Custom script under Integrations to add snippet codes of chatbot tools like Collect.chat.

You can integrate any external feedback, chat or pop-up tool using this method
