Cancelled Purchases

I don’t know if it’s a mistake, but I have two issues with cancelled purchases.

  1. The products from the cancelled purchase are not reinstated into the inventory.
  2. There is no indication in the Orders sheet that it has been cancelled.

Currently I do it manually, but it would be nice if it were done automatically.

Order status is only managed via the dashboard. Status changes you make in the sheet are currently not passed onto Google Sheet at the moment.

On reinstating cancelled orders, we do update the Stock count back. It was implemented recently.

If it is not working for you, can you please share your store.link details to care@store.link and our team can have a look at it. Also mention the order ID and product whose details were not updated.
