Banner slides size

Hello team,

Could you please share the recommended pixel size (width × height) for the banner slides?

We’ve tried multiple image sizes, but the banners are appearing blurry each time. We’d like to ensure we’re using the correct dimensions and resolution as per your guidelines.

Hi,

The banner slides are designed to occupy the dimensions of the images you added. It auto adjusts.

If there are banner images with different sizes, it will take the dimensions of the largest image. When you say blurry images, could you please share:

  • a screenshot of the blurred banner image after upload
  • The original file as attachment here for us to test it out.

We want to see if its an issue related to compression.

Hello,

I’ve resolved the issue. Initially, I was using the original file at 947 × 316 px, but I changed it to the current size of 1894 × 632 px. It’s still slightly blurred, but it’s acceptable. Thank you!
